How do I place an order ?
You can contact us via phone or e-mail. A quote will be initiated - after review and approval a confirmed order is processed. A reservation deposit will be required.
What is the required reservation deposit?
For orders placed at least 7 business days prior to an event we require:
- 25% deposit for tent rental orders
- 33% deposit for non tent rental orders over $100.00
- 33% deposit or a credit card number on file for non tent orders less than $100.00
For orders placed less then 7 business days prior to an event we require:
- 50% to 100% of the order in advance depending upon the items requested and lead time.
When is the balance due on my order?
The balance on your order is due at the time we deliver, or at the time of pick up at our warehouse.
Is my reservation deposit refundable?
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to an order after I place it?
You are welcome to make changes to an order. We generally recommend reserving higher counts at first and lowering them when your numbers solidify. Changes are always subject to availability.
When do I need to provide my final counts for my order?
We like to have final counts 7 business days prior to an event. We do our best to accommodate changes after this time period. Some items on high demand dates will require the 7 business day time period.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How far in advance should I place an order?
There is no correct answer to this question. Many items are readily available on short notice, while a select few might book out well in advance on busier dates and times of the year. Our best guidance is to reserve as far in advance as possible.
Are the prices listed per day?
Prices listed on our website can be considered an "event" rate - assuming that the event is happening over a 1 to 2 day period at the most. They are not based on a 24 hour time period.
Do you provide delivery?
We offer delivery service for all items in our rental inventory. Minimum orders and delivery fees may apply depending upon specific items and location. Please call one of our consultants for details.
Can I pick up my rental order?
Most of our items are available for you to pick up at our showroom location in Auburn, NH. Due to size of some items you may need to have a specific size or style vehicle in order to transport. Please call us if you have questions about specific products.
